Playing with the water bottle

Benja doesn't take much from the straw bottle. He takes 5-10ml per session and finishes 50ml on a good day.

He noticed the new pink handles that we just put in for him today and expressed interest to take it out. Mummy opened the bottle cover to let him explore the parts freely.

He dismantled the cover, pink handles and tries to put them back. He placed the lid then realised the handle cannot go in. He got upset when Mummy opened the cover to fix the pink handles before putting on the lid. Mummy was hoping that Benja realises there is a sequence to put them back.

He got very interested to suck on the straw with the loose lid. Mummy doesn't get it. How different is a bottle with its cover tight or loose? Why is Benja eager to drink from one with a loose cover?

Benja took out the straw and tried drinking from both ends. He realises that water can remain in the wet end for him to suck out and loved it.
